DEFINE YOUR THREE PRIORITIES
You can therefore apply this method separately and separately for each of your priorities. That way, you can see exactly what those priorities are.
For example, self-care is one of my top priorities. If I chose three areas, I would include exercise, mindfulness, and sleep. To narrow it down, I want to spend my time:
Get 8 hours sleep
Our priorities are the areas of our lives that are significant and important to us. These are usually activities, practices or relationships in which we want to invest real needs and time.
If you are not clear about your priorities, you are having trouble managing your time and making progress toward your goals. You will also be overwhelmed with too many responsibilities.
The thing is that our priorities are, what is it?
I know from experience that it is difficult to decide which aspects of our lives have the highest priority. After all, how do we differentiate between what is really important and what is only half-important?
